The property features Wescott Barn which will accommodate 150 guests. Rent a tent, and you can have an event for hundreds! Loblolly welcomes all types of events on their 31 sound front acres.
Packages include:
venue Coordinator on site throughout the event (this is not a wedding planner which we require for most events)
1 hour rehearsal the day prior to the wedding
limited hours the day prior to the wedding for decorating the Wescott Barn
exclusive use of the grounds and barn on your day beginning at 8am (Wescott Barn is climate controlled with heating and air conditioning)
use of the estate house bridal suites for getting ready starting at 8am
use of the groom’s bungalow to get ready
